The benefits of using an independent local surveyor....
  • The large/nationwide surveying firms employ a huge number of trainee/graduate surveyors, this is where new surveyors go to gain experience. Although this is great for the graduates/trainee's, it's not so great for the person buying the survey.​

  • My reports are jargon-free and contain numerous annotated photographs of defects found.

  • There is no hard sell with me. Being independent, I don't have a sales team pestering you with sales calls.

  • I'm a qualified RICS registered Surveyor (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

  • The majority of other surveying firms work on a points/commission basis with targets to survey several properties per day. Carrying out several surveys per day leads to rushed surveys and defects being missed. I will only survey one property per day, I take my time conducting a full and thorough survey.
