How long does a survey take?

This depends on the size and complexity of the property. On average the survey takes around 3-4 hours at the property, then a further 3-4 hours writing the report.

How long after the survey will I receive my report?

We aim to have the full written report with you 2 working days after completing the survey.

I have found a cheaper quote elsewhere, can you price match?

We don't price match with the cheap/budget surveyors who churn out multiple surveys each day. We spend a lot more time and effort on the survey than most. Remember, you are spending hundreds of thousand of pounds, it really isn't worth trying to save £100-£200 on a cheap survey. A good survey isn't cheap, a bad survey can cost you a fortune in the long run.

Who arranges the survey with the sellers/estate agents?

We take care of all the bookings/arrangements. When booking the survey please let us know the name and telephone number of the estate agents.
